Privacy policy
Business Kick ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights. If you have any questions, email gabriel@businesskick.co.uk.
What we collect
- Enquiries. When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number and message.
- Bookings. If you book a call, the booking service passes us your name, email address and the time you choose.
- Website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out work you've asked for, and keep records needed for accounts. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Legal basis
We process enquiry details because it's necessary to respond to you and to take steps towards a contract (legitimate interests and contract under UK GDPR).
Who we share it with
Your information is held with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and booking providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, normally six years.
Cookies
This website doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, so you won't see a cookie banner. If you follow a link to a booking service or another website, that site's own policy applies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
